现在的银耳不知道是什么回事,煮不软,就像吃塑料一样,好久都没买过银耳来吃了,以前银耳羹确实很好吃,又甜又糯,就是煮咸的银耳粟米羹也很好吃。

银耳要煮6个小时(文火)以上胶质才能出来,做给老妈吃的话也应该用阿胶枣。红枣银耳汤炖好了应该是黄色的很粘稠的,就算选用再白的银耳也一样。

经常这样做了放冰箱里冰镇了吃,夏天很解暑。
