材料:面粉2碗,酵母1/3汤匙,猪肉250克,萝卜干一根.葱一颗.Ct3Z*B5JkRj~7TW
做法:1)猪肉剁成肉末,放盐.酱油,生粉,胡椒面拌匀,萝卜干切成丁,葱切成葱花7Dm.au.pi

和萝卜干一起放到剁好的猪肉里拌匀即成肉馅.

2)取半茶匙白糖放碗里,倒进一碗开水,把糖化开,等水凉至35度左右,把酵母T!q,}{m&u

3)取一大盆,把面粉倒入,酵母水淋在面粉上,然后用筷子搅拌均匀.#K"qUY h+DNT!R

静置1小时,发酵完成.
